Did we get training in using alpha=0.95 or plt.xscale("log") before this exercise and I missed it??!?
Unfortunately we can’t be as self-contained as we would like to without enlarging the contents too much. In particular, when plotting results you will often find our code is not explained, mostly when it is related to improve default formatting. But please don’t let that stop you. A basic knowledge of matplotlib should allow you draw the same conclusions as we do, and seeing our suggestions for plotting may even help you gain experience with those libraries on the fly, for instance, by commenting the lines of code you don’t understand and see what they do.
If you really find a line of code blocking your path, please let us know.
