Other sessions foreseen?

I hope you are fine.
May I ask you if you had foreseen to make any other sessions for sci-kit learn ?
Because I am not quite sure I have enough time to finish the course and get my certificate.

Yes we will do regular sessions of this MOOC in the future although we haven’t yet decided the exact frequency (maybe twice a year?) or maybe it could even run as a rolling MOOC without a specific ending date.

Hello, may I have one more precision, please ?
Does this mean that if I can not finish my course in due time, I can keep my session and validate it for certificate in the next session ?

Hello @ginetteHM,
you have 2 possibilities to get the certificate:

  • reach a total score of at least 60% to the quizzes before May 16, 10:00 pm UTC (Midnight Paris time);
  • register to the next session3 (dates not scheduled yet) but you will have to complete all the quizzes again as the certification process of session3 will be independant of the current session2. For your information you will still be able to access your own session2 and to the answers you would have already submitted in session2.

but hopefully it should be much faster because most of the contents (and quizzes) between session 2 and session 3 will stay the same.
