Probably a third-party cookies issue. You can use the provided direct link or allow third party cookies for https://fun-mooc.limequery.com/
Same problem than Thierry => how I can allow third party cookies?

I’d rather not mess with my cookies settings
but no need since, as Benoit mentioned, the extra link worked for me in the end - although not the first time around, go figure… 
anyways, I’m all set with the survey

Yes if your browser block third party cookies then the survey service has no means to identify you back. But don’t worry if you submitted the survey we’ll see your answer.
