I just tried and I cannot reproduce this problem.
- Can you try again to check if it was a temporary overload of the machine?
- Which browser are you using (although I doubt this problem is linked to a specific browser but one never knows)?
- Have you tried to shutdown and restart the kernel?
Another thing to try:
- if you use any tracker blocker / cookie tracker / ad blocker, maybe to disable them for both https://cloud-mooc.inria.fr and https://lms.fun-mooc.fr . And then reload the page.
- you can also try to go to: https://cloud-mooc.inria.fr/hub/home and stop and restart you jupyter server.

You can try on another jupyter installation, for instance using mybinder.org to check if you have a similar problem.
Alright, so let’s use firefox to do the MOOC, then. There is probably a configuration setting or extension in your Chrome installation that is preventing it to establish the websocket.
