Seems like a bug indeed I can reproduce on Firefox and Chromium (and I tried different cookies settings for good measures). I think it is trying to authenticate to the Discourse forum and failing.
@vmataixf I think that it is trying to show some content from the Discourse forum so you are not missing out on any important information right now.
@brospars the symptom seems similar to the problem with the “ALLOW is not a valid directive” that someone had at some point (except that it does not seem related to 3rd-party cookies this time). Here is some additional info from my Developer tools:
