Question 8

Hi, you asked: How many numerical features are present in the “dataset”?

I think the right answer is 5, as you asked “in dataset” , and not in the recently made data frame.

we can be more precise by stating that the dataset refers to data.

To be very honest most of the question’s language is highly confusing, they must be considered and rephrased, as we are losing points because of this.

Designing quizzes is very hard, we knew that already from our beta tests, but this first public version reminds us that even more. What we thought were reasonably straightforward questions turn out to have interesting ways of being understood slightly differently to what we intended.

When you encounter misleading questions, I encourage you to create a topic about it (try to search for an existing topic first). We will look at it and try to correct it for the next MOOC version. If we think the question was really misleading we may decide to reset the question so that you have another opportunity to answer it.

General comment: I understand your frustration when not getting points because you thought the question was misleading, but please try to stay constructive in your comments! @Tarique for example your last comment is quite :broken_heart:.

Sorry to all Pedagogical Team,

My intention was not to hurt anyone, I was just trying to express the problems which we are facing on the other side of table while solving the quiz.
Your team’s efforts is highly appreciated. A big salute to you all.

Regards
