Jupyterhub was down but it is back and running now

Jupyterhub is down

We are trying to solve the problem.
While waiting for the problem to be solved, before we restart it, you have the possibility to continue the course as follows:

  • The course is published as a static website at: Intro — Scikit-learn course. It is possible to use the rocket icon at the top of each notebook page to interactively execute the code cells via the Binder service.
  • On the FUN-Mooc platform, the quizzes and videos are still available even if the JupyterHub server is down.
  • The notebooks are available in the following GitHub repository: GitHub - INRIA/scikit-learn-mooc: scikit-learn-mooc. If you want to work in standalone mode, you may install Jupyter on your computer. To proceed with the installation of all dependencies for the course (not only scikit-learn), you can have a look at the local installation page.

Jupyterhub is back up :slightly_smiling_face:
@brospars found the problem and restart JupyterHub. It was a problem accessing a file necessary for Jupiter server lauching which was blocked by the gitlab instance.
There will be a maintenance operation tomorrow to permanently fix the problem but we will let you know before.
Sorry for this and in the meantime, enjoy the Mooc !
