Source of the issue
Blocking third-party cookies by the browser (Safari for example), an add-on (Ghostery)
How to fix the problem ?
- Allow cookies for third-party applications or disable extensions (Ghostery)
- For Safari, it is a outstanding bug, it is better to use another browser.
- For Firefox :
- Click on the menu button and select Preferences
- Select the “Privacy & Security” panel and go to the “Cookies and Site Data” section
- Make sure that Accept cookies and site data (recommended) is selected
