Humble Suggestion: In Questions having multiple answers, marks should be distributed to each and every correct answer. For eg. Any question of 1point having 4 answers. Each correct answer should be awarded as 0.25 points. Inspite of getting 0 due to 1 wrong and 3 correct answers, it will be better to award 0.75 points.
