Hi!
Copy the link of your certificate (right click on the “download” button and then copy the URL). Go to you LinkedIn profile and go to the section “Licenses and certificates”. Then “Add license or certificate”. Fill the form and paste the certificate URL. That’s it!

and what if they expire these links after a while?

You can probably download a copy to be able to upload it to another web page (on a public github repository of your own for instance) and then link to that instead.
