I am sorry but we will need more information regarding the code that you run with the output that you get. I don’t see the association with the Question 4 of the Quiz M1.03:

So it seems that you refer to Question 4 from the Wrap-Up Quiz of the linear model notebook.
Using the correction, I confirm that I see a decrease in the std. dev. of around a factor of 2.

Did you check the correction and execute the cells of the notebook in sequential order?
