Unable to do exercices : nothing works

Hi,
When I try to execute a line, nothing happens.
Jupyter is not working and a while after, I have a message saying that too much tries had been done.

I am using Chrome, but the same happens in Firefox.

I can just save my work, but it is not interpreted by Jupyter, so no Df tables, or plot appear for me.

Any idea?

@brospars could you have a look if there is anything in the log for this user that does not look OK?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay but this doesn’t seems to be a Jupyterhub issue since @vanessabernier is able to run Jupyter and save her work.

Could you provide screenshots of the issue ?

Hi, it is difficult to show something, because anything happens.
I have 3 kinds of erreors:

405error

I can’t do anything…

Hi,

It looks like a third-party cookies issue. Do you have any browser extension (adblock and such) or security parameters that could block third party cookies ?

Nop, nothing is installed.
I tested with 3 different browsers…

Then it could be a network issue if you are using a VPN or a company proxy. I don’t know what else it could be…

A workaround is to use Binder or to download the respository and run it locally. I know this is not ideal, sorry for the inconvenience.
