# ne fonctionne pas  (trouve TC, AGC, AGT)
motif_serine = "TC.|AG[TC]"

# fonctionne (trouve TCA, TCC, TCG, TCT, AGC, AGT)
motif_serine = "TC[TCGA]|AG[TC]"

frustrant: pourquoi le “.” n’est-il pas accepté comme wildcard ici?
