Combien d’heures par semaine dois-je prévoir pour suivre le mooc ?
A chacun son rythme et son implication !
Si vous vous limitez au visionnage des vidéos et à la réalisation des quiz, deux à trois heures par semaine suffisent. Il y a environ 4 heures de vidéo au total.
Je souhaite suivre le MOOC sans connexion car je veux avoir accès au contenu dans le train, à la campagne, etc… Comment faire ?
Toutes les vidéos ainsi que le V&W Book sont téléchargeables.
Sous chaque vidéo vous trouverez la mention "Download this video: 1080p ⓘ / 720p ⓘ / 480p ⓘ" 1080 correspond à une haute définition, 720 normal et 480 plus légère. Cliquez sur l'option que vous préférez pour lancer le téléchargement.
Dans quelle langue puis-je suivre le cours ?
Le MOOC est proposé en français et en anglais. Dans la partie française, les vidéos sont doublées en français. Et dans tous les cas, elles sont sous-titrées en français, en anglais et en mandarin.
Pour activer les sous-titres, il faut cliquer sur le bouton "CC" dans le bandeau en bas à droite de la vidéo. Vous pouvez choisir la langue dans les options en cliquant sur la roue crantée.
Suis-je obligé de suivre le MOOC jour après jour ? Pourrai-je toujours accéder au contenu du cours quand il sera terminé ?
Vous pouvez suivre les cours lorsque bon vous semble et vous pourrez continuer à accéder à tous les contenus même lorsque le mooc sera terminé. Après la cloture du mooc, il n’y aura juste plus de forum, ni de prise en compte de vos quiz.
Ainsi si vous manquez de temps une semaine, rien ne vous empêche de la suivre la semaine suivante par exemple.
Quel est le planning du cours ?
Le MOOC débute le 13 novembre 2019 et commence par une semaine d’introduction puis 4 semaines de cours à partir du mercredi 20 novembre (tous les cours sont publiés le mercredi). Il se termine le 19 décembre 2019.
J’ai remarqué une erreur dans les cours. Où puis-je en faire part ?
Vous pouvez nous rapporter les bugs et erreurs trouvés dans le cours via le forum … ça nous intéresse dans le cadre d’un processus d’amélioration … Merci d’avance.
QUESTIONS SUR L'ÉVALUATION
Comment se déroule l'évaluation dans le MOOC ?
Nous vous proposons un quiz par module (par semaine). Pour chaque question, vous avez le droit à 2 tentatives.
Pour obtenir “l’attestation de suivi avec succès”, vous devez répondre à tous les quiz avant le 19 décembre à 20h00 UTC et obtenir 70% de bonnes réponses.
Ce mooc délivre uniquement une “attestation de suivi avec succès” mais pas de certificat ni de diplôme.
Les quiz sont-ils obligatoires ?
Non. mais ils permettent de vous auto-évaluer. Et sans réponse aux quiz vous ne pourrez obtenir d’attestation de suivi avec succès.

J'ai une question, comment je fais ?
Si votre question concerne le mooc, vous pouvez la poser sur le forum (dans la bonne rubrique) ou lors des "live".
Le forum est accessible depuis l’onglet “Discussion”.

Comment poser une question ou répondre sur les forums ?
Tout d’abord, pour la bonne organisation du forum, assurez-vous avant de créer un nouveau sujet qu’il n’existe pas déjà.
S’il existe, vous pouvez, par exemple, y répondre ou le mettre en avant en cliquant sur le petit + en haut à droite.
Quand vous créez un nouveau “message”, choisissez bien la sous-rubrique correspondant à votre message dans la liste déroulante à gauche.
Un membre de l'équipe pédagogique ou un autre apprenant pourra vous répondre.
Qu’est-ce qu’un "live" ?
Chaque mardi à 13h00, les enseignants de la semaine répondent à vos questions en direct pendant 30 minutes (pour la version en français). N’hésitez pas, participez et posez des questions !
Comment suivre un "live" ?
Pour suivre le live en direct, c'est très facile. Mardi, quelques minutes avant le début du live, il vous suffit de vous rendre sur la page du live dans le cours.
Si vous n’êtes pas disponible le mardi midi, dès le mercredi la vidéo sera mise en ligne sur FUN, vous pourrez ainsi visionner le live en streaming autant de fois que vous le voudrez et quand vous voudrez.

GENERAL ISSUES
How many hours per week do I need to follow the mooc?
Everyone has his or her own rhythm and involvement!
If you limit yourself to viewing the videos and conducting quizzes, two to three hours a week is enough. There are about 4 hours of video in total.
I want to follow the MOOC without a connection because I want to have access to the contents in the train, the countryside, etc... How do I do it?

In which language can I take the course?
MOOC is available in English and French. The videos are subtitled in both languages and in Mandarin.
To activate the subtitles, click on the "CC" button in the banner at the bottom right of the video. You can choose the language in the options by clicking on the star wheel.
Do I have to follow the MOOC day by day? Will I still be able to access the course content when it is finished?
You can follow the courses whenever you want and you will be able to continue to access all the content even when the mooc is finished. After the mooc closes, there will just be no more forum, nor your quizzes.
So if you run out of time one week, there is nothing to prevent you from following it the next week for example.
What is the course schedule?
MOOC begins on November 13th, 2019 and starts with an introductory week and 4 weeks of classes starting on Wednesday, November 20th, (all classes are published on Wednesday). It ends on December 19th, 2019.
I noticed a mistake in class. Where can I share it?
You can report bugs and errors found in the course via the forum... we want to set up a ‘constant improvement plan’... Thank you in advance
EVALUATION QUESTION
How is the evaluation in MOOC conducted?
We offer one quiz per module (per week). For each question, you have the right to 2 attempts.
To obtain the "follow-up certificate with success", you must answer all quizzes before December 19th at 20:00 UTC and get 70% correct answers.
This mooc issues only a "certificate of successful completion" but no certificate or diploma.
Are quizzes mandatory?
No, but they allow you to self-evaluate. And without an answer to the quiz, you will not be able to obtain a certificate of successful follow-up.

If your question is about mooc, you can ask it on the forum (in the right section) or live.
The forum is accessible from the "DIscussion" tab.

How to ask a question or answer on the forums
First of all, for the good organization of the forum, make sure before creating a new topic that it does not already exist.
If it exists, you can, for example, answer it or put it forward by clicking on the small + at the top right.
When you create a new "message", choose the subheading corresponding to your message from the drop-down list on the left.
A member of the teaching team or another learner will be able to answer you.
What is a live performance?
Every Tuesday at 12:30 p. m., teachers of the week answer your questions live for 30 minutes (for the English version). Don't hesitate to participate, ask questions!
How to follow a live?
It's very easy to follow the live show. Tuesday, a few minutes before the start of the live session, you just have to go to the live page in the course.
If you are not available on Tuesday at noon, from Wednesday the video will be put online on FUN, so you can watch the live streaming as many times as you like and whenever you want.
