I’m a research engineer in bioinformatics, and I enrolled to this course in a procrastination moment, in order to have a better idea about how machine learning could be useful in my work.
I’m not sure I will have time to follow everything up until the end, but I’m already quite impressed by the nice Jupyter notebook integration work on the fun-mooc platform. Thumbs up!
I happen to have benefited from good advice from one member of the teaching staff about 15 years ago, so I take this opportunity to thank Gaël for this advice, especially regarding the software carpentry web site, which greatly helped me improve my skills when I was a beginner Python user.
