Hi,
I notice in the progress section that Quiz M4.04 is showing as evaluated out of 5 points. There were 6 questions in the quiz. Maybe one was not counted?

Exactly, Q5 is not now graded in Quiz M4.04. So this quiz is evaluated out of 5 points.
This resulted from a previous discussion on Q5 in this forum
