Still no badge after course closure date

Hello,

I finished the course at the beginning of last week (i.e. before the course closure), and I still does not have received my OpenBadge. Could you please tell me if it is normal and if so, when badges are send ?

Hello @lfarhi I seem to have the same issue as the others.
I have a score of 62% and I did not receive the badge for this course by email (while I did for other courses I’ve completed on the platform).

Your score is 0%. Are you sure of your count ?

Yes, but, I actually received an email asking me to complete a form.
After completing the form, I received the badge.
So everything is fine for me in the end.

Can you please send the link again so I can complete the form and get the badge please ?

Unfortunetaly the pedagogical team has no way to send the link to complete the form.
The link to the form has been sent by the administration of FUN MOOC platform.
As you have reached the required score, you should have already received it from FUN.
Could you please check your mailbox (the one linked to the email address you used to register to the course) including your spam. The email was sent by contact@fun-mooc.fr
In case you do not find it, I will ask the FUN administration to send it again.

If you did not find the email that was sent by contact@fun-mooc.fr, I will ask the FUN administration to send it again.

Hi @Lukaku_Lothbrok, you should have received a mail from FUN-Mooc yesterday with a link to a procedure to get your badge. Please check also your spam in case you cannot find it.
